Cynthia White, M.Ed

Cynthia founded Neighborhood Residential in 1991 after working as an in home trainer and group home manager for nine years in Oakland County Michigan. She has actively advocated for the rights of developmentally disabled consumers in every stage of her career. She is a registered Art Therapist and Certified Senior Advisor.

Nathaniel Jackson, BS.Ed

[Administrative Director]

Nathaniel has been in the human service field since 2003. He comes to us with a background in education and medicine.
He is Director of Training, Medicaid Fraud Compliance Officer, and Quality Control Manager.
