Executive Director
Cynthia has been in the human service field since her days as an undergraduate at Wayne State University. She has done direct care work, managed group homes and, in 1991 started her own business, Neighborhood Residential Inc. She is a registered Art Therapist and Certified Senior Advisor.
Nathaniel Jackson, BS.Ed
Administrative Director
Nathaniel has been in the human service field since 2003. He comes to us with a background in education and medicine.
He is Director of Training, Medicaid Fraud Compliance Officer, and Quality Control Manager.
